First, thanks for all the hard work... I started down this path a week or so ago and kept searching the web hoping
someone else had done this already... Was deep into the linksys build process when I found your page...
Comments and questions:
1. step 2 would seem to require a tool-chain rebuild after upgrading uClibc - this step seems to be missing - or did I miss something?
2. The .config for uClibc has a hard-coded path to /home/cm... For obvious reasons...
3. Generally speaking, if one grabs the svn area in one chunk, all the paths to various files referenced as ~/wrt54g/.... now have "trunk" in the path... pretty self evident if one hovers over the html link, but thought I would mention it as a source of confusion
4. I am a little confused as to how you expect the user to configure openvpn? loading your pre-compiled firmware, I see an openvpn.conf, but it is obviously not configured for my setup, and I am unclear as to which files I should edit (in the firmware build) to get it match my system/network/key etc...
Any info about how you configure it for your own use would be helpful (at this point the .conf file appears to be pointing to .crt/.pem/.key files which don't exist - so I presume you are editing something somewhere... (doing that via telnet in ram only?)
4. Same goes for starting openvpn - do you start that manually? I was hoping to configure it and have it restart anytime the device was reset.
5. Comments on why certain tools were upgraded relative to the default linksys release would also be helpful
Thanks again...

Re: Firmware build procedure questions
1. Looks like my single submit created a few echos - no idea why - sorry about that
2. also looks as if, now that I am logged in, others had asked the same questions...
