I can't use jabRSS from my jabber server (ejabberd)
when I try send help to jabrss@cmeerw.net i have error 404. can you tell me why?

Unfortunately, there is not much I can do to help here. It's obviously a server-to-server communication problem.
But due to my limited resources, the cmeerw.net Jabber server is being run by swissjabber.ch, so I can't really look into this issue. You might want to ask the admins of njs.netlab.cz and swissjabber.ch for help.
BTW, I really would like to run my own Jabber server for JabRSS, but that will only be possible if there are enough donations (and I haven't received a single donation in the last 6 months, so chances are pretty low that I will ever be able to run the Jabber server for JabRSS myself...).
