How do I subscribe in detail to jabrss@cmeerw.net ?

Hello,

I'm pretty new to Jabber and its features. I like the idea to read RSS-feeds in my JAJC (just another jabber client), but how do I get the subscription request which the "usage"-page tells me to accept?

Can anyone give me a hint how to install a RSS-feed in detail?
